RETURN FOR DEFECTS OR ERROR
If a purchased product has manufacturing defects or does not conform to what was ordered, we will undertake to replace the product under warranty and without any further charge.
To avail yourself of this right, you must:
Email us at myhellodino@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number and the details of the defective and/or non-compliant product.
Our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible (approximately 1-3 business days) to arrange for the replacement of the product. If the product is no longer available or is discontinued, Hello Dino will refund the price of the product.
ALL OTHER RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can return the product for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note:
Returned products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You as the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use.
Place the items in their original packaging.

REFUND PROCEDURES AND TIMES
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing and crediting times may vary depending on the payment method: generally within 4-7 working days upon receipt of return.
